About these terms

Football Excellence Pathway (FEP) provides football coaching in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms apply when you book coaching with us, buy a game analysis, join the Pathway or use this website. “You” means the player, or the parent or guardian booking for a player under 18. By booking or paying, you agree to these terms.

Booking

• Book by WhatsApp, phone or email. A session is booked once we confirm the day, time and place.
• Sessions take place at a pitch we agree with you, anywhere in Dubai.
• A private session lasts 60 minutes.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are shown on this website. Where VAT applies, it is added at 5%.
• Pay in dirhams through the Ziina payment link we send you (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay), by bank transfer, or in cash at a session. Single sessions and monthly programmes are paid before they start, unless we agree otherwise.
• A game analysis is paid in advance. Once it is paid, we send you a private link to upload your video.
• If a price changes, the new price applies to bookings made after the change. Founding members of the Pathway Premium keep their founding price for as long as they stay members.

Moving or cancelling a session

• To move or cancel a session, tell us at least 24 hours before it starts. We will rearrange it or, if you have paid for it, refund it.
• With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the player does not come, the session counts as used.
• If we have to cancel, for example because of illness, extreme heat or bad weather, we will offer another time or refund that session.

Monthly programmes

• A monthly programme includes 8 sessions to use within the month. Sessions not used by the end of the month do not carry over, unless we were the ones who cancelled them.
• You can stop a programme at the end of any month by telling us before the next month starts.

Game analysis

• After paying, you can send up to 3 videos for your analysis using your private upload link.
• We send the video breakdown within 5 days of receiving your footage.
• Only send footage you have the right to share. We use it only for your analysis and delete it 2 weeks after it arrives.
• If the footage cannot be analysed, for example because the player cannot be seen, we will ask for another clip, and if that is not possible we will refund you. Once we have started the analysis, it cannot be refunded.
• The analysis call is a live 40-minute video call, booked and paid in advance.

The Pathway

• The Pathway and the Pathway Premium are monthly memberships. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
• The Pathway runs on a separate online training platform. Your account there is also covered by that platform’s own terms.
• Stage tests and targets are guidance from FEP. They are not a promise of selection by any club, academy or team.

Health and safety

• Players should be fit to train. Tell us before the session about any injury, illness or medical condition, and tell the coach straight away if anything hurts.
• Bring boots suited to the pitch, comfortable kit and plenty of water.
• For a player under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for getting them to and from the session and should be reachable by phone while it runs.
• Football is a physical sport and injuries can happen. We coach with care and adapt each session to the player. Players take part at their own risk, except where an injury is caused by our negligence.

Behaviour

We expect respect for the coach, other players and the venue. We may end a session early, without a refund, if a player’s behaviour puts anyone at risk.

Photos and videos

We only post a photo or video in which a player can be recognised with permission, from a parent or guardian for a player under 18. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal details.

The free drills and this website

• The drills guide and everything on this website belong to FEP. Use them for your own training, but please do not copy or sell them.
• Train at home safely: warm up first, use a clear space, and younger players should have an adult nearby.

Our responsibility

We provide our coaching with reasonable care and skill. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service it relates to. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for injury caused by negligence.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, and the courts of Dubai can settle any dispute.
