Who we are

Football Excellence Pathway (FEP) provides football coaching in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “FEP”, “we” and “us” mean Football Excellence Pathway. You can reach us at rav@footballexcellencepathway.com or WhatsApp +971 55 966 6057.

What we collect

• When you ask for the free drills or join the Pathway waitlist: your name, email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number, plus which form you used and the page you were on.
• When you message, call or email us: your name, number or address, and what you tell us, such as the player’s age, position and goals.
• When you book coaching: the player’s name and age, the sessions you book, where they take place and what you have paid. If you tell us about an injury or medical condition, we keep that note so we can coach safely.
• When you buy a game analysis: your name, email address and phone number, the details you add on the upload page (the player’s name, age and position, a WhatsApp number and what to look at) and the video or link you send. A video shows the player and may show other people on the pitch.
• When you visit this website: Google Analytics and Google Ads record how the site is used, such as the pages viewed, the buttons tapped, the type of device and roughly where in the world the visit came from. The site also remembers, in your browser, whether you have seen the free drills pop-up.

Payments

You pay FEP in UAE dirhams through a Ziina payment link (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay), by bank transfer, or in cash at a session. Ziina handles card payments, so we never see your card number; it tells us who paid and how much. We keep a record of who paid, how much and when.

Why we use it

• To send what you asked for, such as the drills guide or a confirmation email, and to tell you when the Pathway opens if you joined its waitlist.
• To reply to you, book sessions and run your coaching.
• To deliver a game analysis: watching your video and sending the breakdown.
• To take payments and keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
• To understand how the website is used and whether our ads lead to enquiries, so we can improve them.

We use your details because you asked for something (a guide, a booking, an analysis), because you agreed to it, because the law requires certain records, and, for website statistics, because we need to know how the site is used. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to FEP’s coaching.

Young players

Many of our players are under 18. For a player under 18 we deal with a parent or guardian, who gives us the player’s details and agrees to bookings. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before filling in a form, booking or sending a video.

Photos and videos

We sometimes film or photograph sessions to help players improve and to share our work on Instagram and TikTok. We only post a photo or video in which a player can be recognised with permission, from a parent or guardian for a player under 18. Ask us at any time and we will take it down.

Who helps us

We use these companies to run FEP. Each one only handles your details to do its job for us.

• Google (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Analytics, Google Ads): our emails, our records of enquiries and analysis requests, storage for analysis videos, website statistics and ad measurement.
• Resend: sending our emails, such as the drills guide and confirmations.
• Zoho: our email inbox.
• Ziina: payments by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• WhatsApp (Meta): messages with us.
• GitHub: hosting this website.
• Our online training platform: if you join the Pathway, your membership there is also covered by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.

Some of these companies store data outside the UAE, for example in the United States or Europe.

How long we keep it

• Game analysis videos: deleted 2 weeks after they arrive. If we would like to keep a clip longer, for example to show a player’s progress, we ask you first.
• Free drills and waitlist sign-ups: until you ask us to remove them, and no longer than 2 years after we last heard from you.
• Coaching and analysis records: while you train with us, and for 2 years after.
• Payment records: for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Website statistics: Google Analytics keeps them for no more than 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• send you a copy of the details we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your details, or stop using them for something,
• stop emailing you (or reply “stop” to any email from us).

Cookies

Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to count visits and to see whether our ads lead to enquiries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website works without them.

Keeping it safe

Your details are kept in accounts that only FEP can access, and shared only with the companies listed above.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top of the page. See also our terms.
