Football coaching in Dubai, built around the player
FEP Player Development brings professional-standard football coaching to players aged 8 and up, anywhere in Dubai. Sessions are led by founder Rav Shamsi, who came through the Fulham and Oxford United academies and played in the English National League.
What makes FEP different
Most players in Dubai train in big groups where the coach has a few minutes for each of them. FEP is built the other way round. Every session starts from the player in front of us: their position, their level and what they want to fix.
- Coached by a former professional. Rav has played and trained in English academy and non-league football, so the detail comes from the real game.
- Technical detail that changes games. First touch, scanning, finishing, 1v1 work and decisions under pressure.
- Position-specific work. A winger, a striker and a centre-back each need different reps.
- Mindset as well as skill. Confidence, discipline and how to perform when the game speeds up.
Programmes and prices
Single session
One private 60-minute session built around your priorities. Pay as you go.
Development
10 private sessions a month, position-specific work, direct WhatsApp access and a monthly progress report. Launch offer, normally AED 2,500.
Performance Elite
10 sessions a month across gym and pitch, StatSports Pro vest analysis and nutrition guidance. Launch offer, normally AED 6,000.
Group sessions with friends, siblings or teammates are available at a lower rate per player. Teams, schools and clubs can ask for a bespoke programme.
Who we coach
Players from 8 years old upwards: children taking their first serious steps, teenagers playing for clubs and academies, and adults who want to get sharper. All genders and all levels are welcome.

FEP coaches anywhere in Dubai. When you book, we agree a pitch that suits you, so sessions fit around school, work and club training. That can be in any area, from Dubai Marina, JLT and Al Barsha to Jumeirah, Downtown, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches and Mirdif.
Common questions
How much does football coaching in Dubai cost with FEP?
A single private 60-minute session is AED 250 plus 5% VAT. The monthly Development programme is AED 2,000 plus VAT for 10 private sessions (a launch offer, normally AED 2,500). Performance Elite, which adds gym work, is AED 4,000 plus VAT a month (normally AED 6,000). Group sessions cost less per player.
